Ragmux

Terms of Use

Updated:

These terms govern your use of the website at ragmux.com. They are not the licence for the Ragmux software.

The software is licensed separately

Ragmux is free software under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later. Your rights to use, modify and redistribute the software come from that licence and from nothing on this page. Nothing here narrows it.

The AGPL’s network-service clause applies: run a modified version as a network-accessible service and you must offer its users the corresponding source of your modified version. The full text is in the repository.

Using this site

You may read, quote and link to this site freely. You may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
  • use it to distribute malware, or to attack it or its users;
  • scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. Automated reading is welcome — see /robots.txt and /llms.txt, which exist precisely so you do not have to guess.

Content on this site

The site’s text and diagrams describe the software and are © Ragmux. Quoting them with attribution is fine. Code samples on this site may be used without restriction.

Provider names — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Ollama, vLLM and others — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Ragmux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them; it interoperates with their APIs.

Accuracy

The documentation and this site describe software under active development. We keep them honest and correct them when they are wrong, but we do not warrant that every statement matches every release. The changelog is the authoritative record of what shipped.

No warranty

This website and the Ragmux software are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. See sections 15 and 16 of the AGPL for the software’s own disclaimer.

You are responsible for what you run. A gateway sits in the path of your data and your provider spending; test it, set budgets, and keep backups.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the software — including lost data, lost profits or provider costs.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed, and the site’s repository records exactly what changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
